Move Headquarters classes are designed to give you the best possible mix of all types of training styles.
These classes provide you a space and opportunity that will meet your body’s ongoing and ever-changing needs.
The programming for every class offers a range of progressions and regressions (movement option A or B) to enhance and support the uniqueness of what each person is capable of or wants to do within their training.
A cardio based workout designed to increase overall fitness and endurance.
A resistance based workout designed to increase strength and mobility.
A functional based workout designed to increase flexibility, stability and balance including Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates and Yoga.
A hybrid workout designed to combine the training methods into an all body session.
Outside of session times, make yourself at home amongst our state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.
AM: 4:45am, 5:45am, 6:45am, 7:45am, 9:30am
PM: 10:45am, 12:45pm, 3:45pm, 4:45pm, 5:45pm
