INFRARED (HOT) Reformer and Mat Pilates
At Move Headquarters we offer Infrared HOT Reformer and Mat Pilates classes.
Our studio is fitted out with high grade Far Infrared panels to provide our members the opportunity to not only experience the benefits of this movement style but also gain the benefits of Infrared therapy simultaneously!

In its true meaning, our FLOW classes are designed to enhance your strength, flexibility, and body awareness through fluid movement. This dynamic session combines traditional pilates principles with a continuous flow of exercises, promoting a seamless transition between movements. In this class, you’ll engage your core, improve posture, mobility and flexibility, and build muscle endurance while focusing on breath and alignment.

Transform your fitness with REFORM. Designed to engage every major muscle group in your body, this class offers a comprehensive workout with the perfect blend of strength, endurance, and stability. Outside of session times, make yourself at home amongst our state-of-the-art self-paced programming. Follow the workout of the day using built in screens!
