At Move Headquarters, our group training classes are not like every other gym.

We are here to be different.

Move Headquarters classes are designed to give you the best possible mix of all types of training styles.

These classes provide you a space and opportunity that will meet your body’s ongoing and ever-changing needs.

The programming for every class offers a range of progressions and regressions (movement option A or B) to enhance and support the uniqueness of what each person is capable of or wants to do within their training.

SWEAT

SWEAT it out with us in our cardio-based session designed to boost your overall fitness and endurance. This dynamic class combines high-energy exercises, including intervals, circuit training, and aerobic movements, to challenge your cardiovascular system and build stamina. Expect to build on everyday functional movements, improve your heart health, and enhance your athletic performance—all while having fun. Come ready to sweat and leave feeling empowered!

POWER

Unlock your strength in our Power class, a resistance-based workout designed to build muscle, enhance functional strength, and improve overall fitness. This class incorporates a variety of exercises and equipment to target all major muscle groups. Led by our experienced coaches, you’ll engage in dynamic movements and progressive strength training techniques that challenge you at every level. Ideal for anyone looking to build on their strength, increase power, or enhance your overall performance.

PERFORM

Everything you love about Movement is in this session! Perform is our hybrid session focusing on strength and conditioning. This dynamic session is designed to enhance both strength and endurance, featuring a mix of both complex and challenging movements. Guided by our coaches, you’ll engage in varied sessions that challenge your body and keep you motivated. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, improve cardiovascular health, or increase athletic performance, this class caters to all fitness levels.

OPEN GYM

Outside of session times, make yourself at home amongst our state-of-the-art equipment and facilities

Monday - Friday.

AM: 4:45am, 5:45am, 6:45am, 7:45am, 9:30am

PM: 10:45am, 12:45pm, 3:45pm, 4:45pm, 5:45pm

Saturday.

AM: 5:45am, 6:45am, 7:45am, 8:45am

Sunday.

AM: 6:45am, 7:45am, 8:45am
